We're not sure why you would want a refund of a charitable donation, however our policy is to thoroughly investigate any issues that would cause a refund to be requested. Refunds on items offered for sale like Man/Kind Wear shirts, and other swag are not available if the item has been worn. We will exchange for a different size as long as the original item is returned in 'near-new' condition, and a handling fee is paid.
